Amélie Porcher is Client Partner, Head of Luxembourg at Schelstraete Delacourt Associates. 

She brings to the firm solid executive search experience and a proven track record of assignments within Communications, Marketing, Finance and Insurance. 

Before settling in Luxembourg, Amélie worked as a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm and was part of the launching of their French office with a strong focus in the industrial sector. Prior entering into the Executive Search industry, she gained more than a decade of experience in consulting within the Financial Services and Communications sectors having held various positions in the public sector and Publicis Group, a French multinational advertising and public relations company. 

Amélie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizations and a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University. 

She is French native and fluent in English.
