Matthias joined the company in 2014 as Research Consultant, supporting clients and Executive Search Consultants in the search for key executives. He focused on complex - often international - industry mappings for strategic projects and CEO-searches.
Since 2016, he has increasingly been involved in several projects related to digital and communication. In 2018, this culminated in a role as Digital Officer. He is responsible for 'all things digital', including website management, social media, innovation, digital projects, analytics and software testing.
He holds a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences (Journalism) from the University of Ghent as well as a Master's Degree in Comparative European Politics and a Ph.D. in Political Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
He works proficiently in Dutch and English.
On a personal note, Matthias is passionate about mountaineering, with climbs in the Alps, the Andes and the Himalayas already under his belt.
