The yearly InterSearch Conference took place this year from the 21st until the 24th of March. In 2018, Belgium hosted this event and SDA took the lead for the organization in Bruges. This year this honour was bestowed upon Shanghai, the largest town in China. Frank and Vanessa represented SDA during this exciting 4-day conference. Frank was elected president of InterSearch 2 years ago.

Besides exchanging experiences, the ever-changing labour market was analysed and general projects regarding HR consulting and executive search were discussed.

With “Global reach. Local impact.” Intersearch meets the increasing globalization of the labour market. InterSearch is present in more than 50 countries and 90 cities, this means that the search for the right candidate can happen across the borders.
