Inez Diepenbach is Client Partner, Head of the Netherlands at Schelstraete Delacourt Associates. 

Inez brings to Schelstraete Delacourt over 20 years of legal, business and sales experience. She started her career as a lawyer in private practice and joins Schelstraete Delacourt Associates from global law firm Baker McKenzie, where she was Senior Manager Client Relations, strategically dealing with large client accounts. Prior to this, she led the Dutch branch of Laurence Simons, an international boutique executive search firm where she built up extensive experience through handling senior level assignments in a variety of industries.

At Schelstraete Delacourt Associates, Inez focuses on a wide range of assignments in the FMCG & Retail and Life Sciences & Pharma sector in both family owned companies and multinationals.

Inez holds a master’s in law degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

She works proficiently in Dutch and English.
